    1. When will my order be received & How long does it take to ship?
      Due to current conditions with covid-19, you may experience some shipping delays out of our control. All delivery times given are only estimates. We are working as hard as we can to process orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience in these times.
    2. Can you reuse the masks sold by Guardian Supply Canada?
      No, all masks are made for one time use.
    3. Is it okay to share masks? 
      No. You should never share masks.
    4. Are PPE returns available?
      No. For safety reasons, any mask(s) purchased will be final sale and cannot be returned.
    5. Are any of your products available in store?
      At this time, products are available online only.
    6. Where Is My Order Confirmation #?

    7. How Can I Cancel My Order?
      After an order is placed you can email us at support@guardiansupplycanada.ca to request an order to be canceled. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order, if the order has already been packaged and ready for pick up by the courier then we will be unable to cancel that order.
    8. I Put The Wrong Address, What Can I Do?
      After an order is placed you can email us at support@guardiansupplycanada.ca to request a address change for delivery. However, if your package has already been packaged or picked up by the courier you will need to contact the courier with your tracking number and ask them to change the delivery address. There is no guarantee they will be able too. Please always ensure to make sure the address is correct before completing the purchase.
