All orders placed on www.guardiansupplycanada.com is intended for the END USER and ULTIMATE CONSUMER. Guardian Supply Canada is a retailer of PPE (personal protective equipment) and no products purchased from Guardian Supply Canada are to be resold or distributed to any other entity than the purchaser. 

Returns & Exchanges: 

Sales are final on all PPE equipment due to the nature of the use. We do not except returns for opened or unopened packages. We do accept exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or defective product please email us at support@guardianpluscanada.ca. 

Rapid Tests: 

Rapid tests sold by Guardian Plus Canada are intended for the end user. 

The following training materials and documents must be reviewed before purchase which can be found on the product pages. 

It is your responsibility as the purchaser to make sure you have the proper training, knowledge, skills & judgment to perform the test. 

The BTNX Rapid Response COVID-19 Antigen Test is authorized for healthcare professional use by Health Canada (Interim Authorization Number: 321669). It is intended for use by trained laboratory personnel or health care professionals.

These rapid tests are intended for screening purposes only. 

Shipping & Delivery: 

We aim to fulfill all orders within 24-48HRS from the time of purchase during Business Days. This does not include weekends or holidays. External factors may arise and there may be delays outside of Guardian Supply Canada's control.
